Samer Fadel

Samer Fadel is East Europe General Manager and Europe Operations Leader for Gas Power Services at GE Vernova, where he leads a regional team focused on delivering safe, reliable, and high-performing service for customers across Eastern Europe. He is responsible for a regional portfolio and full P&L ownership of a service business, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. Samer began his GE career in 2009 as a Field Service Engineer in Doha and went on to hold a series of progressively broader leadership roles across the Oil & Gas, Corporate, and Gas Power businesses in the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S. Over the course of his career, he has led transformational initiatives in operations, supply chain, Lean, and business performance, building deep expertise across multiple industries and global teams. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut. A dual Lebanese and French citizen, Samer is now based in Paris with his family. Outside of work, he is passionate about community impact, having supported a range of social and environmental initiatives including food security, artisan development, reforestation, and post-conflict recovery efforts.
